An Exercise in Perspective

Here the artist demonstrate her mastery of perspective -- a fundamental skill for any beginning artist. However, the artist has once again shown a level of skill and creativity which is unmatched. Note the precision of spacing... the freeness to operate outside of the boundaries of the canvas... the impossibly close edgework at all point -- not only along the lines defined by the work piece, but employing a new tech to work right up to the physical boundaries of the studio walls.

Clam before the storm

The artist started this piece as a simple perspective drawing using distance to illustrate time -- leaving the viewer to decide if distance represents the past, future, or both.

However, after completing this work, perhaps frustrated by current conditions, the artist went into a manic rage extending the piece to all areas of the workspace until she had to be taken into the shower.

Social Distancing

The artist wanted to contribute this piece to remind everyone that we all need to do our part.

In this time of crisis, the artist does not think semantics are important, but agrees with the WHO change in terminology to refer to physical distance instead of social distance as we are now, more than any time in history, just a call, text, video chat, or post away from connecting.

Stay Safe.

Transparency

The artist believe in full transparency for her work process.
